How to dye your hands and kitchen-- oh and yarn -- with Kool-Aid

I blame this post on the girls at get stitchy. That's right-- I did the dye-a-long. I went to Safeway, picked up sixteen packets and voila. Okay so four hours, very red hands and kitchen later, I had four skeins of freshly dyed yarn drying. I took a few pictures. The fourth skein is being wound into a ball. Hopefully, I'll be able to roll the other ones into balls without too much struggle. I may reserve them for a boring weekend at work

I love LOVE the colors you chose to dye your yarn. I might steal the idea for some silk I want to dye...hmmm *insert evil laugh here*

that's totally fine. All I did was make it very very light and mixed a lot of colors together. It was great and I will be doing it again. You just have to remember to get the inside of the skeins if you don't want any white :)
