This is a painting I did a week or so ago. It gives me an idea for a quilt... Speaking of quilts, have you heard about Hattie and I's quilt-a-long? Check out my link on the left hand side.
I've been sewing on and off since I was 12, yeah 10 years, but I still suck pretty hard at it. I am getting some ideas for my first quilt from some of the tree art I've been doing. Even this painting gives me inspiration. This is the first painting I've been happy with for a very long time. I'm excited to frame it soon.
So, I want your scrap fabrics for my quilts. IT can be from old t-shirts, baby blankets, scrap fabric you will never use anything! I would love any brown OR green OR white. I love the tree, very organic, you should put some tiny feathers on the ground around a cat that looks like josie, and one sticking out of the mouth. Muahahaha.
