Saturday is my favorite day of the week.
For the past couple Saturdays, I haven't been bombarded by phone calls from my parents asking to come over and clean my apartment (don't ask, I don't entirely understand it) or people asking me to hang out. This might sound like a very sad existence, but I love it. I get one day to myself where I don't have to worry about seeing anyone or having things to do. I get to stay up a little later and get on ravelry, dick around, respond to rav-e-mails and knit while watching countless hours of TV.
I think I got a lot done today. I'm on the back for my Ms. Marigold, I have a little bit more of my Puff-Sleeved Cardi which I have in fact frogged and begun with some Malabrigio in mint, and I finished half a repeat in Damien's Interlocking Balloons scarf. Shh... I cast on for a pair of mitts... Don't tell anyone... I already have so many projects going. Also, I made a 30 minute Calorimetry for my BFF J. All it needs is a button which will probably take me two hours to sew on... Anyway, I am trying to finish my Ms. Marigold very soon.
My friend Holly loves to take pictures, so that's my explanation for the picture in this post. Also, those are boxes on my porch. Haha.
P.S. (there's always a P.S.) If I don't hear about whether or not I have this job this week, I think I'm going to go crazy.
