I promised everyone a nice long update so here goes! I should note that I don't really have any pictures for this post because I haven't taken many pictures lately.

So lately it's been kind of stressful around the house. Cats are getting yelled at, needles are getting thrown, and mostly Christine has been pouting and been a bitch. It's a funny thing that happens when a man's affections are turned away.

Anyway, I've been attempting to knit more often, but it's just getting too fucking hard! It makes me mad because there were times when I worked at PROCOM, I couldn't put my needles down but right now it seems as though all creativity has stopped and the only thing I want to do is eat cookie dough, lay on the couch, and cry at sad puppies and things. I may be a pre-menstrual now that I think about it...

Either way, I think a lot of this stress comes from two things:
1) I just got on the phones at my new job. It's super exciting, but it's kind of scary because I am so new at this I don't really know what to do. I'm crossing my fingers that I can get everything down or at least better than how it's going. I'm going to wake up in a cold sweat for the next week until I am certified.

2) I am attempting to knit a sock as an example of my yarn that will be for sale in a couple weeks or so. The needles are like toothpicks rubbing together... I don't understand how things can be knit so small and the idea of someone knitting a sweater on size 1 needles infuriates and exhausts me.

The SMC is coming along, but I don't have much done. I am actually going to go work on it now...

I should also mention that I am in LOVE with being a brunette. I don't care what they say about being blonde, brunette is the best color ever. We get to be sexy, sassy AND snarky with no hitches. I love love love being a brunette!
