Happy Belated Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I sure did. Our table was FILLED with food. We had TWO tables worth for six people.

I've been doing a little bit of knitting. From Friday to Saturday I was house-sitting and I would have been finished with a hat, but it was kind of small so I started a new one. I bought some malabrigo for myself for my birthday (Sarah Lou can be blamed for it.) the colorway is applewood, it's beautiful. I decided to make a halfpipe hat from Son of a Stitch N Bitch. I'm not very far:


The other knit I've been working on is a modified boobholder. I thought I was going to make it faster, but I've been really busy.

On Thanksgiving I did finish one knit.

I have been trying to get my shit together and finish the packages for my swaps (yeah it's a month late), and I finished ONE swap package of two.



Whoo! It's a red knit hat a la Zissou style. I'm really hungry so it's time to stop by Safeway and gather up food. Mmm...
