Hey... what's this? I promise to go through my hat making process and then I disappear, put some lame ass post about Bruce Springsteen, then I post this tempting picture of four and a half inches of beautiful beautiful green?
Well, booyah. (Right now the brim is flipping out!? Any ideas how to fix it?)
In non-knitting news, I actually read some of my homework today. I got to Barnes and Noble at around seven. It was going really well, I can knit while reading, until I took a break and I saw an aquantaince of mine. It's kind of funny because this is the third time I've seen him in two days. Needless to say, we chatted until B&N closed and the rest of my reading is glaring at me.
Also, B&N is selling this chocolate mint tea. Get it. It is delicious. Additionally, this layout will change. I'm just having trouble with it...
Happily yours, Christine

good to see you here. i like reading your bog but didnt belong to the last one you were posting on so would just read.
love the green you are working with.
what size needles are you working with ? did you begin with one smaller size and then change to a larger one when you began the brim? i am wondering if that isnt the problem. i could be wrong ya know
Hm, I didn't. I've been using the same set through. Would blocking it help? I haven't blocked ever.
Hi Emily! I love the progress on the froggie hat! It IS a lovely green color. I've got my green yarn picked out but I'm stuck as far as a pattern goes...hmmm. Anyway. I'm lovin' your hat so far and, yet, I believe blocking will help whip it into the shape you want it to be.
