It might be over.

Okay first-- a picture of me not looking like a crack addict:



Aren't I cute all squinty? I look super Asian.

Well, it might be over otherwise. I mean, this shows my clear talent and ability. It makes no sense to continue with living a lie. Seriously. Oh, you might not know what I mean. Red hats of course!

As you can see from my blog, its name is The Red Hat Blues. I came up with the Red Hat Blues when it came evident that I could not manage to knit a red hat. I could knit hats in other colors (and I have!), but I always have to start over at least once when I knit a hat that's red. I started singing the red hat blues, because the only reason I wanted to knit was to make a red hat a la Zissou style to please my boyfriend at the time. I had no such luck. Since that lovely year, many things have changed:
1) Shit Bag and I are no longer together. (And you wonder why I'm never friends with my exes!)
2) I have attempted over twelve red hats.
3) I have produced three red hats, two of which are wearable.
4) I have produced 0 hats Zissou style, but have produced many other knit items almost equally as satisfying!

Now, this latest hat that I've produced shows my red hat blues may be over, but we will see. (I should note that my blog is due for a move regardless. Hattie and I are trying to get the Tako site fully functional. Though I'm not trying very hard ;D.)

oh. P.S. I received my Wes Anderson package. I got this fantastic scarf that I can't stop wearing!


Oh, and I got awesome buttons I put all on the scarf!
